Ordered a dress but got something totally different and no refund
I contacted them about it and they asked for a picture of the bag it came in and pictures of the dress. Just feels like a delay tactic. Then they said I could keep it and they’d give me 10 percent back which was like $6.99. I said no. Then they offered 20 percent and told me I’d have to ship it back to China which would cost a lot. There’s no way to get a full refund for something I didn’t order.
I’m just going to do a chargeback with my credit card company.
Website looks like a Florida boutique but product came from China
The item does not match the pictures on their website at all. The quality is about the worst possible. I mean it's really bad. I paid 65 dollars for this and it's basically junk. I feel like I got tricked.
Ordered from a small boutique that was really a China company
Turns out there is no store in Naples. It was a China company the whole time. I lost $251.83. Their phone number is (999) 999-9999 and their email is [email protected]. I just feel stupid for falling for it.
