Ordered sandals that smell like plastic and are not comfortable

I ordered sandals from this place because they said they were top notch comfort and material. I even paid for the insurance on them. The sandals showed up and they have this really strong plastic smell and feel. They are very uncomfortable to wear.

I tried to reach out to them about it. The email they gave was [email protected] and the website is thehillsnashville. They also have an address at 8 the Green, Suite A in Dover, DE. The phone number is 1(814) 558-2321. I just want my money back because this is not what I paid for. I lost $44.90 on this.
