Instagram ad for suede shoes turned out to be from China

I saw this company on Instagram and they looked legit, like a US business. So I ordered suede shoes from them. What showed up was not suede, not even my size, and it came straight from China.

I tried to get a refund and they said no unless I shipped the shoes back to some UK address and pay for shipping myself. The shipping cost more than the shoes. Then they offered me 10% off to keep the wrong shoes. I said no, I just want my money back with the shipping I already paid. They refused to cover any of it.

So now I'm out 60 bucks for shoes I can't even wear.

Photos are not the product you order from this website

I ordered from TheHillsnashville.com and what I got was nothing like the pictures. The stuff is cheap like Temu or SHEIN but way more expensive. I paid $150 for this.

Now they won’t give me a return address. They just keep trying to make me miss the 30 day return limit. Feels like they do this on purpose. Awful company. Beware.

Ordered from a Nashville boutique but got cheap stuff from overseas

I ordered from a site called ThehillsNashville.com because they said they were a small boutique in Nashville, TN. They had a hassle-free return policy on the site so I felt okay buying from them. Spent about $40.

When the package came it was obviously not from any boutique. The stuff was really cheap and looked like it came from overseas somewhere. I tried to return it like their policy said but they just ignored me. Emailed [email protected] and got no reply. The phone number they have is (302) 760-9909 but nobody picks up. Feels like the whole store is just a front or something.
