Bought shoes from thehillsnashville and they blamed me for their mistake

I bought a pair of shoes from this company. They sent me the wrong size then told me it was my fault. They said I didn’t look at the size chart. I told them I did look at the size chart, that’s how I picked my shoe off their size chart.

Then they asked me to send them more money so they could send me another pair. I told them I don’t want more shoes, I want a refund. They keep sending me emails telling me how it’s my fault they picked the wrong size.

They say to contact them for a refund and we are going back and forth and they will not refund me. This is a scam business.
