Ordered a shirt online and never got it, now they won't answer emails.

I bought a shirt from TheHouseOfPeace.us and it never showed up. I paid $71.80 for it. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] about my order, but they just stopped replying. The site was thehouseofpeace.us. I never got what I paid for and now I can't get a hold of anyone.
