Ordered giant balls but pump kit never came and they won't send it

I placed an order for Giant Balls, order number ending in some stars. The package came but it wasn't complete. The pump kit that should have been in there with the deflated balls just was not there.

So I reached out to them. They told me they will not ship the pump kit. And now they are saying the kit cannot be ordered or shipped separately at all. So I'm stuck with deflated balls and no way to pump them up. I lost about 50 bucks on this. Their website is thelittlelearnerstoys.com and their email is [email protected]. I just want what I paid for.
