Ordered an Ethiopian bible and still nothing after almost three months

I placed an order for the Ethiopian bible with this company back on April 4 2026. They sent me a tracking number on April 6. The tracking showed it was coming from China.

In May I sent my first email asking where my order was. They replied a few days later saying my order was in their system but they couldnt update the tracking info. They said they couldnt refund because the order was still active.

I emailed again weeks later. They said there were supplier issues but orders would be fulfilled. Its now June 30 2026. Still no refund and the tracking number just shows the same initial info from China that never went anywhere.

Ordered a bible online and never got it

I ordered a bible from that site thelivingword.shop and paid $74.93. It never shipped. I contacted customer service and they are sooo apologetic but no refund sent. First they say it has been sent and then later they say it was unsuccessful.

I have reported this company several ways. The phone number they use is 1(785) 466-0077 and email is [email protected]. Just want my money back or the bible.

I ordered an Ethiopian Bible from thelivingword.shop. Their website is https://thelivingword.shop/ and I emailed [email protected]. I paid $60 for it.

They gave me a tracking number and everything. But the Bible never showed up. I just never got it. No package ever arrived. So I lost my $60.
