Letter about mandatory LLC certificate with no proof
The QR code in the letter takes you to thelocalbiz.com. It has Colorado flags on it and a place to put all your info. I didn't send any money or submit anything because it felt off. The letter said it was time sensitive but I never saw any mention of these documents in any Colorado government stuff when I was setting up my LLC.
I typed the phone number (855) 203-5959 into Google and found a bunch of reports saying it's a scam. The address they used was 303 S. Broadway STE 200-PMB 133 in Denver.
