Ordered a part two weeks ago, got a fake delivery photo instead

I ordered an item from Themparts.com two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. I contacted them about my missing order #****** and they wrote me back with a picture of a package sitting at some doorway. That definitely wasn’t my house.

So I asked them who the carrier was, and also pointed out that the email I got says it shipped on May 26. But the fake picture they sent shows it was delivered the very next day on May 27. That doesn’t make any sense. I just want my money back.

Ordered an OEM part but got a cheap knockoff from China

I ordered a Whirlpool brand water inlet valve for my refrigerator from their website, themparts.com. It was advertised as an OEM part. What I received was delivered by Amazon and is obviously a cheap knockoff of the part made in China. Their address is 169 E Highland Parkway, Roselle, NJ, USA. Their email is [email protected]. I paid $61.41 for this. It didn't look right when I opened it. The packaging was off and the plastic felt flimsy. I didn't even bother trying to install it. Just felt like I got tricked. No reply when I tried to contact them about it.
