Jacket came two sizes too small and they want more money

I ordered a jacket from Theodoretownsend.com and what showed up was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. I took pictures of my jacket next to the one they sent so they could see the difference.

They told me my options are to pay $50 to ship it back to a warehouse in China to get my $60 back, or keep the jacket and get a 15% partial refund. They also said I could get a replacement but if that one doesn't fit either, too bad.

I already spent $59.99 on this and now they want more money just to fix their mistake. Doesn't make sense to me. I emailed them at [email protected] with the pictures and everything.

Ordered an XL sweater but got a 3XL in wrong fabric

I ordered from this website theodoretownsend.com because it looked legit enough. I paid $51.97 for a wool sweater in size XL. What showed up was a 3XL and it was made out of acrylic, not wool like it said. The buttons were all in the wrong places and the collar was way too short. Just a really poorly made garment.

I spent months trying to deal with their AI chatbot. It just kept going in circles. Finally I got a partial refund but that's it. This place is a total scam. Don't waste your time.
