Ordered an XL sweater but got a 3XL in wrong fabric

I ordered from this website theodoretownsend.com because it looked legit enough. I paid $51.97 for a wool sweater in size XL. What showed up was a 3XL and it was made out of acrylic, not wool like it said. The buttons were all in the wrong places and the collar was way too short. Just a really poorly made garment.

I spent months trying to deal with their AI chatbot. It just kept going in circles. Finally I got a partial refund but that's it. This place is a total scam. Don't waste your time.
