Ordered orthopedic shoes, got garbage and a return to China

I was looking for Hoka shoes and this site came up. I thought it was Orthofeet. They advertised orthopedic shoes with arch support and no hassle returns.
It took a whole month to get the shoes from TheOrthofitStore.com. What showed up was garbage, not what was advertised at all. I asked for a return label since they said free returns. They told me I'd have to pay to ship them to CHINA, and then I'd only get some of my money back. That doesn't make any sense. The package came from California.
