Ordered a pillow that never arrived after six weeks

I ordered a pillow from thepillowhome.com. It said it shipped from Flushing, NY but the tracking showed it ended up in St. Louis, MO. That was six weeks ago.

I've sent so many emails since then. I have all the screenshots of the continuous excuses they gave me. No merchandise ever showed up and they won't give a refund.

I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, but there's been no resolution. It feels like they don't protect buyers like they used to. I'm out $75.
