Ordered clothing that was nothing like advertised, now they won't take returns

I placed an order for clothing from thepinesisters.com. It seemed like a local business. The stuff I got was nothing like what was shown on the site. The quality was completely different.

Now they aren't honoring their own return policy. I tried emailing their support address, [email protected], and got nowhere. No help at all.

I'm out $192 from this order. It feels like a total bait and switch. This business is a scam.
