Ordered a car part from Chris and it never showed up

I ordered it from Chris he had a hindi accent he convinced me the company was legit and I checked it out with friends and they thought it sounded legitimate so I bought it but it never came. They said it was late then that the driver was having difficulty then nothing. I have email records of my transaction. It never came that was 2 months ago. I paid $11,500. The website is https://www.thepremiumautos.com/ and his email was [email protected]. Address they gave is CA, USA.
