Ordered a massager from Therapexa, it was defective and they won't respond
They have a return policy listed right on their site, telling you how to start a return. But they don't respond to any emails sent to their support address. There's no phone number to call either. I saw their address changed from Texas to California.
They're still all over social media with ads. I guess I'm luckier than some because I at least got a product, even though it's junk. I've read about people who never got anything at all.
Ordered from Therapexa and never got my package
I've sent three emails and haven't gotten any reply back. I don't know what happened, but it stinks. Too many other people have the exact same story as mine. They should be ashamed. Do not order from them.
