Paid for writing service but bot said no refunds allowed
When I asked for a refund the bot just said no refunds are available. That’s it. I lost $216.00. The website is https://www.thesisai.io/#contact and they are in FL, USA. Their phone number is (999) 999-9999.
It just didn’t make sense. It says cancel anytime but then they won’t give any money back.
