Ordered a shirt online and they blocked me after saying refund

I bought a shirt from their website thesmithsstore.com and paid $42. I never got the package. I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times asking where it was.

After a lot of emails they finally wrote back saying the shirt got lost and I would get a refund. But I never saw any refund. Then they blocked me. Now my emails won't even go through to them anymore.
