Got a call saying I owe money for a store I never opened.

I got a call from someone at TheStimulousProgram.com. They said I had made an online store with something called Atlas marketing. I never did that. Not at all.

Then they showed me I had some credit coming to me, but to get it I had to send them a check for $393. They said if I didn't, they'd send me to collections. That's ridiculous. They didn't even have a copy of a contract. They said that was with Atlas marketing, who they took over.

It's clearly a scam.
