Ordered quilted runners but got cheap printed fabric instead

I ordered two quilted table runners from Thesungift.com based on a picture I saw. Turns out that picture was probably scammed off another website or something. What I got in the mail wasn't quilted at all. They were cheaply printed on single ply fabric and honestly look like crap.

I contacted the company about it. They said they won't do anything except give me a 10% refund. That's not even close to what I paid. I spent $72 on these things. I've been trying to get them to make it right but they just won't.
