TikTok ad took me to a site that made me click I wouldn’t report fraud

I saw an ad on TikTok and clicked it. It took me to a website that looked totally real, like a normal store. So I placed an order.

But when I went to submit my payment, a window popped up. It said I had to click that I wouldn't try to report the purchase as fraud through my card company. Something about the shipment taking a while. I didn't think much of it at the time, I just clicked it.

Now I'm out $97.97 and nothing showed up. The website was pay.lumenpick.com and the email they gave was [email protected]. I feel stupid for clicking that box.

Paid for an outdoor swing set and never got it after months of lies

I saw this incredible deal on an outdoor swing and mattress set so I went ahead and paid for it. After I arranged the payment I got a confirmation email with tracking info which seemed fine at first.

Then I waited a month and a half. It was lie after lie, delays, and then finally they just flat out lied saying it was delivered. I got fed up. I have attached the emails showing all of it. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $37.98.

Ordered and paid but website disappeared with no delivery

I ordered something from that website http://tracking.m1.thesupportcare.com/tracking/click and paid about $47.98. Never got any delivery info or tracking. I tried to email them at [email protected] and got no response. Then when I tried to go back to the website it was just gone. The address they had was Norfolk, VA, USA. So I have no way to contact them now.

Ordered a two seat sofa and only got a tracking site that lies

I ordered a two seat sofa from this company. Waited two weeks and nothing showed up. The tracking website they gave me just keeps saying in transit and attempted to deliver over and over. It’s been the same message for days.

Then they tried to take more money out of my account, like 35.97. My bank flagged it as fraud and I had to cancel my card. So now I’m out the 25.97 I already paid and I got no couch. No one answers anything.
