Ordered furniture and it never showed up
I contacted them asking for a tracking number for my package and they have not responded. I paid $15 and I just want my order or my money back. Order #2VNZKBG.

Then I got an email saying they attempted delivery on September 13, 2026 at 2:30am. That time doesn't even make sense for a delivery. I tried to message back today September 13, 2026 at 9am and got no response.
Now the link doesn't work anymore and the site is gone. They just disappeared.

The emails came from [email protected]. I tried to figure out who they even were but the only address I saw was 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200 in Sheridan, WY. Never got my package, never got my money back. Just a bunch of excuses in my inbox.
I don't know what else to do at this point. They just kept sending those emails like it was supposed to make everything okay. It didn't.

TikTok ad took me to a site that made me click I wouldn’t report fraud
But when I went to submit my payment, a window popped up. It said I had to click that I wouldn't try to report the purchase as fraud through my card company. Something about the shipment taking a while. I didn't think much of it at the time, I just clicked it.
