Bike order from tic tox ad never showed up
After I paid, every time I asked a question they had some excuse. I asked for a phone number and they said they don't have one. Today they told me one of the bikes I ordered was delivered but it wasn't. They blamed the delivery driver. I paid 300 dollars and have nothing to show for it. Their email is [email protected].
TikTok purchase charged twice and no one will help
I can't get a real person on the phone or anything. Just AI generated emails. They hit my account for the original $39.99 and then three days later they charged me another $69.99. I didn't authorize that second charge. This company is an absolute scam.
Paid for a boneless couch and never got it
Right away the tracking updates just felt off. Like they would change for no reason and never really made sense. I started to think it might be a scam because of how weird the timing was on everything.

Their support team is just AI. There's no phone number to call, no real tracking number that works, and nobody replies to my emails. It's just bots. No human interaction at all. I lost $15 on this and I have no couch.
TikTok ad took me to a site that made me click I wouldn’t report fraud
But when I went to submit my payment, a window popped up. It said I had to click that I wouldn't try to report the purchase as fraud through my card company. Something about the shipment taking a while. I didn't think much of it at the time, I just clicked it.
Now I'm out $97.97 and nothing showed up. The website was pay.lumenpick.com and the email they gave was [email protected]. I feel stupid for clicking that box.

Then I waited a month and a half. It was lie after lie, delays, and then finally they just flat out lied saying it was delivered. I got fed up. I have attached the emails showing all of it. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $37.98.

Then they tried to take more money out of my account, like 35.97. My bank flagged it as fraud and I had to cancel my card. So now I’m out the 25.97 I already paid and I got no couch. No one answers anything.
