Ordered a couch on TikTok and now they want more money

I ordered a boneless couch from TikTok and didn't realize it was a scam until I got another text saying it wasn't paid for. The text came from (458) 280-3782 and had a link to tracking.thesupportcare.com. The email they used was [email protected].

I already lost $24.96 on this. Now they are texting me like I owe them more money for something I already paid for. It just doesn't make sense. I never got any couch or anything. Just the text saying it wasn't paid for. No company name on anything either.
