Ordered online but they couldn't make it and kept my money

I placed an online order with this place and the payment went through. When I got to the restaurant they told me they couldn't make the order because of some glitch on their website.

A few days later my bank showed the charge for $46.91. I've been trying to get the manager to refund me but they just won't do it. The website is thisisitbbq.com and their address is 2776 Cumberland Blvd SE in Smyrna, GA. I even emailed them at [email protected] but nobody is helping.
