Getting daily calls and texts from a loan company

I keep getting calls every single day from this loan org. It's been going on for months now. I've blocked the number nationally, but the calls still come through every day without fail.

If they get to my voicemail, they leave these 50-second messages that just fill up my message box. I get texts from them too, and I respond STOP like you're supposed to, but nothing seems to help or make them stop.

It just doesn't let up.
