Contractor took ten thousand dollar deposit and vanished

There was a contractor paving and putting in stone in my neighborhood so I went and talked to him. We agreed on $28k total for my driveway and I gave him $10k cash as a deposit. He started ripping out my old stone and then just disappeared.

He won't pick up or call me back. The company is called Three Towers Inc. His number is 6477860953 and there's two other numbers too 4378306694 and 647531827.

I have his photos and videos and the contract paper if anyone needs to see it.
