Instagram account promising bookings took my money and blocked me

This guy reached out to me on Instagram under "Thrive Booking Group." He sent me a contract saying he would be my publisher and get me bookings. I had to pick a plan and he promised all these gigs.

After he talked me through some "bookings" he supposedly found, he asked for more money for "booking fees." I paid him $365 through Cash App. Then he just blocked me on social media so I couldn't report his page.

I found articles after I paid from other people saying he's a scam. I never got any of the services. Just want to share this so nobody else loses their money.
