Ordered a thumb stabilizer and never got it

I ordered a thumb stabilizer and paid $48 for it. Kept getting emails saying they're getting the order ready but it never showed up. Been a while now.

When I click the "check your order" link it just goes to a blank page. Nothing there. So I have no way to see what's going on or track anything. Just emails that don't mean anything I guess.

No idea who the company even is. No name on the emails or website. Just wasted my money.
