Ordered a basketball jersey and never got it with fake tracking

I ordered a basketball jersey and paid with my credit card. The charge went through fine with the CC company. I got an order confirmation and then a shipping notice with a tracking number.

I looked up the tracking number and the carrier was something called SLOW SHEEP GDE. Never heard of it. I still haven't gotten my order and the seller won't reply to my emails. Lost $150.
