Ordered caps on Facebook but got charged more by a different company

I ordered some DD-214 ball caps off an ad on Facebook. Got an order confirmation with what looked like the right info and a total of $49.78 to be processed through PayPal.

But when I checked my PayPal transaction, the amount was $64.71 and it was paid to a completely different company. I searched online and found out Thundrbolt is a scam business that uses social media. So now I'm out the money and no caps.
