Ordered a product from them and it never showed up

I ordered a product from them and it never showed up. All I get are excuses. They keep saying its on its way, stuck in customs, truck broke down, tried to deliver no one home. Then they said they couldnt gain access to my address because I didnt have the right building code. There is no code to get into my apartment building or my apartment!

They said they delivered but no one was home. Then they changed it and said they couldnt gain access because they didnt have the code. There is no code. I have video showing no attempted delivery. Nothing but a scam. Every word out of their mouths has been a lie. And TIC-TOK does nothing but promote this fraud. I lost $32.50.

Ad for a brake bleeder valve that never showed up

I saw an ad for a brake bleeder one way valve. Looked like a good deal so I ordered it from their website tic-tok. The address they gave was 2145 Hamilton Avenue in San Jose, CA. Paid $5.34 for it. That was a while ago and the thing never came. No tracking number, no email back, nothing. Just a waste of money. I should have known better.
