Ordered twice from a website and never got my package

I ordered around April 27, 2026 and tracking says it was delivered on May 31, 2026. I looked everywhere it was not delivered. I messaged about non delivery and they reshipped the order according to emails and it shows delivered on June 18, 2026.

Once again I cant find the package and they cant tell me where it was dropped. The only thing they told me about the delivery company is it is being handled by a trustworthy logistics company. This company did not provide photos of any delivery confirmation.

When the second delivery didnt show up I emailed again and was offered a 70% refund because it shows delivered and they suffered loss also.
