Ordered a carport on Tick Tock and its been almost two months

I saw a carport advertised on Tick Tock so I used my cash app card to pay them. It keeps saying my order is being processed but its been almost 2 months now.

I never got what I paid for and I lost 140 dollars. Cash app wont give me my money back and neither will them. I just want my money back or the carport.

Ordered a couch on Tick Tock app and never got it

I ordered a couch off the Tick Tock app and never received the item. They took the first amount, $29.00. Then a few days later another unauthorized payment of $39.00 was taken out of my account.

I tried contacting customer service but got no response at all. The phone number they gave doesn’t even work. I also tried emailing [email protected] but nothing. Their website is just the app itself, no real help. So now I’m out $68.00 and no couch.
