Ordered something in April, never got it, still no refund

I ordered a product from their website Tick Tock back in April. It said it was shipped and even claimed it was delivered to my home. I never got it.

So I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would send a new package out. That one never showed up either. Then I got another email saying they’d refund me 70% of the $26 I paid. I still haven’t seen any refund and they stopped replying after that.
