Bought a ticket I couldn’t use and they wouldn’t let me cancel

Hi I didn’t know how to make a complaint thru here as a senior and not technically inclined. I bought a ticket for Journey final frontier June 10th then realized I couldn’t go so I thought I cancelled the sale. Only later I realized it didn’t cancel.

I thought you could cancel on Ticketmaster but they said I couldn’t and to try to sell it. I thought that was terrible. I am a senior and hardly go to concerts. I am out of 331.00 for one ticket that a business cant cancel. I tried calling the place also but he told me there was no such thing as affiliates and try ticketmaster again. I am really upset about this that I won’t get tickets again from them. That is my complaint thank you for any help at all.
