Ordered a cloud couch from a website and they lied about delivery

I ordered a cloud couch from this website ticktoc and they took my money, $25.67. They said the couch was on the way. Then the day came for me to get it and it said they attempted to bring it and no one was home. That is a lie. I didn't leave my home yesterday. So I never got the couch and they have my money.

Ordered Judy Blue jeans from a sale and never got them

I ordered some Judy Blue jeans from ticktoc. It was a sale and I paid $39.82. The email I got was from [email protected].

Never got my order. Just nothing showed up. I tried to see what happened but no reply or anything. I just want my money back or the jeans.
