Ordered a couch and never got it, then saw weird charges
I ordered the boneless couch from tictoc. I never received it. I tried to contact customer service and got no response at all.
Then I saw the money came out of my account, but it was under different company names. That didn't make any sense to me. I'm out almost twenty dollars.
