Tiktok prize message that asked for cash app payments

I was scrolling through tictoc and something came up saying I won a prize. So I clicked on it and it told me I won $1000. I kept going with it and it said I had to make three payments to get the payment through cash app. I sent the money and nothing ever happened. I want my money back.

Paid $36.56 on Tictoc and got nothing

I ordered something from Tictoc and paid $36.56 from my wallet. The order number was 7291 and the order date was 2026/09/09 at 12:17 CDT. I got a confirmation saying thank you for your purchase and that a confirmation was sent to me.

But I never received anything. Nothing ever showed up. I tried reaching out to the email [email protected] and also the phone number (414) 581-3939 but got no reply.

I just want my money back or the item I paid for. It's $36.56 that I'm out and I have nothing to show for it.

Paid for an order and they never sent the package

I ordered something on May 26 and paid them. They gave me a tracking code. But they never sent the package. They just gave me the run around and then said it was delivered. It was not delivered. I lost $37.00.

Ordered a couch and never got it, then saw weird charges

I ordered the boneless couch from tictoc. I never received it. I tried to contact customer service and got no response at all.

Then I saw the money came out of my account, but it was under different company names. That didn't make any sense to me. I'm out almost twenty dollars.
