Three debits showed up from a company I never heard of

I had 3 debits of 461.87 each hit my checking account all on the same date. Never heard of this company. Never dealt with them. I have no idea how they got my info. The description says Tierlock LLC.

That's $1401 total just gone from my account. I didn't buy anything from them. I didn't sign up for anything. I don't even know what they sell. Just saw these charges when I checked my bank statement and couldn't believe it. Never got any emails or calls from them either.
