Ordered patches and cancelled but they shipped anyway

I ordered some weight loss patches from tifiheartly.com and cancelled the order almost right away. They sent them anyway. The website says 100% money back guarantee if you're not fully satisfied within 180 days. Well they didn't work at all and I wrote to them asking for my refund. They said they don't offer that. But it's right there on the website. They keep lying about it every time I contact them. I lost $68.95 on this. They are falsely advertising and lying about everything.

Ordered BERBERINE X NAD supplement from a site that was fake

I ordered the product “BERBERINE X NAD + 10-IN-1” off their website tifiheartly.com. I paid $44.96 for it. I never got anything.

I tried calling the number they had listed under Contact Us. A woman answered and said her number was put on there by scammers and she has nothing to do with it. She told me to report it. So here I am.

I just want my money back or the product. But I don’t think that’s going to happen.
