Ad on Tik Tok shop saying boneless couch for $9.99

I saw an ad on Tik Tok shop. They claim you can get a boneless couch for $9.99. So I ordered it. I never got an order confirmation and no tracking number.

Well two months later I got an email claiming it was delivered. Nothing was delivered. Customer service didn't know any carrier information. They didn't know a tracking number either.

I have had several attempts made on my debit card but all were blocked. This company needs to be taken down once and for all.

Ordered ice maker from Tik Tok and tracking link does nothing

I ordered a counter top ice maker from Tik Tok. It was supposed to ship out in 3-5 days. They sent me an email to track it but when I press on it, nothing happens. The support center tab is the same way. You click on it and it does nothing. I spent $39.99 on this and now I have no way to track it or even contact anyone about it.

Ordered items but tracking number turned out invalid

I placed an order on their site and they did send me a tracking number and an invoice for what I bought. So I waited about a month for the package. Then I get a notification saying it was delivered. But I never got anything.

When I tried to file a claim on their website, the whole thing is in Chinese writing. No English at all. I called all the logistics companies with the tracking number they gave me, and they all said it was invalid. I am attaching the invoice they sent me with this. I just want my money back.

Bought an AC from Tik Tok shop and it just vanished

I saw an Air Conditioner on the Tik Tok shop for a huge discount so I bought it. It was like fifty four dollars and some change. It never showed up.

Then they unlisted it from the shop so my order just disappeared. Couldn't track it or anything. No way to get my money back. The address they had was in Peoria, Illinois but I don't even know if that's real.

Paid for something on Tik tok and never got it, just fake tracking

I paid $67 for an online purchase through Tik tok. The money came out of my account, but the item never shipped. They gave me tracking numbers, but they were bogus. Nothing ever showed up. I'm out the money and never got what I paid for.

Paid $500 on a website and they wanted more money for shipping

I paid $500.00 on a website. When it came time for delivery, they claimed they needed more money for a special crate and shipping. I refused to pay more. They did not honor their 30-day money-back guarantee.

This site is a ripoff. Why hasn't it been taken down by the proper authorities?

Got a scam ad for a baby product and they tried to overcharge me

I saw an ad on Tik tok for an anti-choking device. I went to buy it for $56.99. When I tried to pay, they tried to charge my card $74.09 instead.

My bank caught it right away. They contacted me about the fraud. I didn't lose any money, but it was a scam. The email they used was [email protected].
