Ordered items but tracking number turned out invalid
When I tried to file a claim on their website, the whole thing is in Chinese writing. No English at all. I called all the logistics companies with the tracking number they gave me, and they all said it was invalid. I am attaching the invoice they sent me with this. I just want my money back.
