Ordered a product from TikTok shop and never got it, then got blocked.

I ordered a product off TikTok shop. I got shipping information sent to me, but the product never arrived. I never received it. I asked them for proof of delivery, and instead of answering, they blocked me from emailing them. I can't contact them at all now. The money lost was $58.47. The email they used was [email protected].
