No product delivered but marked as signed for

I bought something from a website on 4/23/26. They took the money out of my account right away, instant debit. Then I kept getting emails saying they couldn't deliver because the building was blocked, or the road was closed, or they tried and needed a signature. On 6/9/26 I got an email saying the item was marked as delivered. No signature was taken and I never got anything.

The email said if I didn't get the product within 24 hours to contact customer care for a refund. So I sent multiple emails to customer care. No one ever wrote back. I just want my money back, it was 49.98.
