Man claiming to be a famous person said I was chosen for a grant

Some guy on that website tiktoc said he was ********* ******** himself. Said it was his foundation for needy families and I was chosen for the grant. He kept saying I qualified for these grants.

I didn't send any money but it felt really off. No real company name or anything just him talking. I don't know what he wanted honestly. Just seemed strange.
