Ordered clothes from a TikTok shop and the website disappeared

I saw this ad on TikTok for 8 piece clothing sets for $24 so I bought 3 different sets. Seemed like a good deal. I got a tracking number and everything.

33 days later it said delivered but it was not delivered at all. Nothing showed up. I tried to click the link they gave me to contact them and the website was just gone. Would not load. So I have no way to get my money back or even find out what happened. That was $63 just gone.
