Clicked a clothing link on TikTok shop and item never came

I clicked a link on TikTok shop for some clothing and it took me to some other website. I ordered the item and paid $41.99. It never got shipped.

I asked for my money back or for them to send the item. They never sent the item and they kept my money. No one replied to my emails.
