Ordered tank tops from TikTok shop but no order history and no refund

I ordered a set of tank tops with built in bra from the Tik Tok shop on April 28, 2026. They took the money out of my account right away but the order doesn’t even show up in my history on TikTok. My bank said I have to get the refund from the store.

So I tried contacting Glavue.com but nobody responds. No email back or anything. I’m out $29.98 and there’s nothing I can do. Buyer beware I guess.
