Ordered two metal carports off TikTok and got nothing
Never got any shipping info or tracking. No carports showed up. I tried emailing that address a couple times and got no reply. The website is just gone now too I think. It felt normal when I ordered but now it just seems like they took the money and ran.
Bought something on TikTok and now they keep lying about delivery
First they told me my package was being processed, then they said it was delivered and I wasn’t home to get it. Then they said it would be redelivered but there was a mix-up with the delivery company and they had to change locations. Now it’s saying there’s a back-log. I’ve emailed them several more times and they’re still not giving me an update. I’m not getting my package or any help on how to contact the delivery company.
