Ordered a boneless couch from TikTok and never got it

I ordered a couch off TikTok for a boneless sofa through Lumen. Paid 25 plus dollars for it. Got a tracking number, checked it everyday and never received anything.

I contacted customer service and never got a reply or any help at all. I said I wanted my money back like four or five times in emails and still never got a reply back.
