Ordered a walking pad and now shop disappeared from my history

I ordered a walking pad on TikTok. Now I can’t even see my purchase history from that shop anymore. It’s just gone.

I have been getting emails from them but they are really weird. The screen doesn’t load all the way and the updates say stuff like “no one was home to sign”, “vehicle breakdown”, “didn’t pass customs”. I lost $48.00 and I don’t know what to do.
