Bought something from a TikTok ad and still waiting

I saw an ad on TikTok for an item and bought it. After I paid, they told me if I tried to file a claim for my money back they would fight me on it. They also said I should just wait for the item no matter how long it takes. That was $80 and I'm still waiting for it to show up.

Ordered from a TikTok ad and never got my stuff after 30 days

I placed an order online from a TikTok ad. They sent me a confirmation saying shipping would be 3 to 5 days. Well it has now been 30 days and nothing showed up.

The money I lost was 35 dollars. I tried looking for a company name but there wasn't one on the confirmation. The scammer's address was listed as CA, USA but that doesn't feel real either. I just want my money back or the stuff I ordered.
