Ordered from TikTok shop and never got my item

I ordered something from TikTok shop and paid $29.12. The whole thing seemed fine at first, the listing looked normal and everything. But then after I placed the order, nothing ever showed up.

I tried to figure out what was going on but there was no real way to contact anyone that made sense. The website just feels fake now. I never got my money back or my order. Just a total waste.

Charged twice after being promised a refund

I ordered something through TikTok and it never showed up. I contacted them and was told I was going to be refunded. Well, that never happened. Then a few days later I see they charged me again, even more money this time.

Now I have to go to my bank and change my card and change all my information. I really don't have time for this with my schedule. I just want my money back. The store email was [email protected] and they are based in Philadelphia, PA. I lost about 60 dollars on this.

Ordered shorts from TikTok that say delivered but never came

I ordered from TikTok these shorts 8 pack for 24.99. It says it's been delivered but nothing has came. I paid for it and it’s been showing delivered for a few days now. I don’t know where it went or who to even talk to about it. I just want my money back or the shorts.

Bought something from cozyahome on TikTok shop and they disappeared

I bought something from cozyahome through TikTok shop. It was like 38 bucks. I never got the items.

Now the site is just gone. Can't find it anywhere. No way to contact them or anything. Just wasted my money.

Ordered through TikTok, got a tracking number but never received my package

I placed an order through a TikTok ad. It took me to another site to pay. I paid extra for 1 to 2 business day delivery, which was $36.97.

I did get an email response with a tracking number. But after that, nothing. The tracking never updated. I tried to contact them several times after that first email, but got no other reply.

It's been a while now and I never got my package. The whole thing just feels like a scam.

Ordered dentures from TikTok Shop, no order shows up and no reply

I ordered a denture set off of TikTok Shop. They sent me an email that confirmed the order, but when I look on TikTok Shop under my orders, it doesn't show up at all.

So I wrote to them at [email protected] to see if they would answer me back, but I haven't heard anything. Nothing.

I lost $45.41 on this.

Charge went through on TikTok Shop but they have no record of it

I saw a store on TikTok Shop called either Awx vtrd livporchcom or Awx vtrd rosvaya. It didn't look like it took me to a different website, so I didn't think there was a problem. At first the charge for $23.99 didn't go through, it got declined for security reasons. That should have been my first sign. But on the third try, the money came out.

I contacted TikTok support about it. They told me they don't have any record of my charge or the store at all.

Ordered something from TikTok shop and it never arrived

I ordered an item through the TikTok shop. The price was discounted and honestly, too good to be true. The thing shipped from China. They gave me a tracking number, "LXGYL************", and it led to some site called track718.com.

The tracking had a bunch of updates. The last one said my package was delivered on February 12, 2026, at 7:01 in the morning. But it was never delivered. I never got anything.
