Job posting on TikTok wants a copy of my ID card

I saw this job posting on TikTok and it looked legit. The person reached out and offered me the job. But then they asked me to upload a copy of my ID card and give them a bunch of personal information. That just felt strange. I didn't send anything. I don't know if this is a real company or not but it didn't feel right so I stopped. No money lost or anything but still.
